I strive to provide a personalized, relaxing & positive experience to all clients. When you book your appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that all clients cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance so that I, your esthetician may have the opportunity to schedule another client.

Ethereal Hand provides high quality service, which includes on-time appointments & sanitation after EVERY client! Timing is everything and you do not want to infringe upon another client's appointment.

• Late Arrivals- I understand that local and freeway traffic can get busy & life can happen. However, please know that if you are running late you will still be seen for the remainder of your service time depending on your scheduled service and a portion of your service will be omitted to not interfere with the next appointment. You will still be charged for the entire appointment.  

• If you wish to reschedule in less than  24hr, there will be a $50 booking fee for your following booked appointment that will go toward your service and if rescheduled/ canceled less then 24hr again, you will not be refunded the booking fee. 

• In the rare circumstance that clients have a history with 2  “no shows” or excessive reoccurring rescheduling/cancellations,  they will no longer be able to book appointments with Ethereal Hand Esthetics. If you are a new client and no show on your first visit you will not be able to book any future appointments.
