CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING POLICY

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be changed. 🤍 Because I reserve this time especially for you, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s).

As a small, appointment-based business, last-minute cancellations can be very difficult to fill, especially for longer appointments or multiple services booked together. This policy helps protect the time that has been specifically set aside for you while still allowing some flexibility when unexpected things come up.

No-shows and same-day cancellations will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s).

By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy and authorize the applicable cancellation fee to be charged to the card on file. If the card on file is declined, the cancellation fee will need to be taken care of before booking your next appointment.

Of course, I understand that true emergencies happen, and those situations may always be considered on a case-by-case basis.
